the location was very good. the room was clean and i didnt expect it to be cleaned everyday but it was.
the check out is really early, half 10. only one hour to have breakfast and the room is a bit poor.
It is near the tube line
It is not clean hotel, the staff is awful, I could not speak with the manager to complaint about that, the food is awful...
Hotel is horrendous, nowhere near clean and staff are very unhelpful - actually I would say they go out of their way to be so unhelpful.
I liked the free internet access provided in each room.
Staff were rude, one person told you one thing, another one yelled at me for the opposite thing. The rooms are run down, the shower was pretty gross, old, rust stains, poor shower nozzle. But you get what you pay for, it was cheap and that's what I got.
The only thing about the Hotel I liked was the Location
Hotel was run down, dirty, television did not work, bathroom was dirty and mouldy, one lamp was hanging off the wall with no light bulb in, the other had no shade with a light bulb, the cieling lights had bulbs missing, bed broken, view was awefull, the continental breakfast consisted of cold chewy toast, 1 glass of orange juice, stale Sainsuburys own cheap brand of cornflales and 1 cup of luke warm coffee
The hotel is in a convenient location for the reasonably-priced restaurants and bars of Earls Court.
Breakfast is only available from 8 o'clock.
The location is great and it is on a quiet street. The Picadilly line to Heathrow is convienient to have so close
The breakfast is good but it is difficult to make it between 8-9 am. too early and not enough time
The hotel is simple and is close to the tube station. Breakfast is good and the front desk is friendly.
Breakfast was very good and location too, it was very near from underground.
Room was not as clean as I imagine and we had problems with the bathroom. Breakfast was only from 8 to 9.
I had an one night stay in the hotel. The staff were very welcoming when I arrived early in the morning. When I wanted to go out for a walk about I was given travel information for the area I was interested in. It rained during the evening and I had to go out with no umbrella, the gentleman at the reception loaned me his umbrella. Bed comfortable and plenty of bed linen to keep me warm
Bathroom a bit small but workable
All rooms are recently refubrished. Super clean.
Rooms are way too small. The biggest one is actually reasonable sized, the rest are not.
Nice and modern clean and comfortable, staff lovely and helpful and great for tube.
The hotel is new and clean, we stayed for one night and it was pretty nice .
Room was small but functional but well thought out. Very new and stylishly decorated. Staff were very helpful.
The small was a touch small and the tube pretty much ran through the back garden. Despite being a good five minute walk from the station the line visable and as well as hearing them from 5:30 onwards if you fancied you could watch them!
